Ok, so what is Capoeira all about? And can it really make you fly like in Crouching Tiger? Well no not really.... Capoeira grew up on the streets of Brazil, disguised as a dance by slaves hiding it's martial arts qualities from the slave bosses. It is a mix of dance, music, spiritualism and plain beating the crap out of the other person!
